Public access in Georgia depends on the kind of record and the court that keeps it. Liberty County's Clerk of Superior Court maintains Superior, State, Juvenile, and Magistrate files, while Probate Court and each municipal court keep separate records. A docket is the running list of filings, parties, settings, and outcomes. Only the clerk of court or the trial court that heard the case can issue an official or certified copy of a docket sheet or court record. We can point you to the right office, but the document has to come from them.
